Did you llamas are amazing mammals? Llamas have two-toed feet and a pad that helps it grip to the ground.Llamas live on farms, hills, and mountains.Llamas eat plants, such as grass, hay, and herbs. Llamas have one baby at a time.They live for about 20 Years. With special care, they live even longer. They make blankets from llamas fiber. There are about 7million llamas and alpacas in South America. There are about 100,000 in the United States and Canada. Llamas are great working animals and family pets. They are gentle by nature and easy to care for. Llamas eat for six hours and chew cud for eight hours each day. Llamas spit at each other. It is the way they say "go away" or "leave me alone." Llamas don't often spit at humans.
